Goals – This month let’s focus on self-development goals. This could be anything from reading a book, starting to learn a new language, cooking more often or contacting an old friend. You get the idea. Self-development is a good source of mental stimulation. Whether this development is through something truly academic or through personal interaction, both are vital to our overall well-being. Enjoy the month!

Gratefulness - Being grateful is expressing appreciation for what you have. We live in a world where people don’t have clean water or enough food for their family. This month, let’s be grateful for the little things in life. I have made one of my self-development goals to give back. I plan on donating to our local food pantry.
